Everything you need to know before booking
Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?
Not at all. We bring everything with us — professional products, equipment and cloths. You don't need to supply a single thing.
How do you get into my home if I'm at work?
However suits you best. Many of our clients are out at work, so you can leave a key with us (kept safe and labelled with no address), use a key safe, or arrange access with a concierge. We'll agree whatever you're comfortable with before the first visit.
Can I reschedule or skip a visit?
Of course — life happens. Just let us know at least 24 hours before your visit and we'll rearrange it for another day that suits you, at no extra cost.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
Yes. For regular cleans we keep the same cleaner, so they get to know your home and how you like things done. If they're ever away, we'll always agree cover with you first.
Do you work at weekends?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling including Saturdays, so your clean can fit around your week rather than the other way round.
How does payment work?
Nice and simple: you pay after each clean by bank transfer. There are no contracts, no deposits and no hidden fees.
